1. Reporting Infringement

• Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
• Location/URL of the infringing material on our platform.
• Your full contact information (Name, Email, Phone).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.

2. Takedown Process

Upon receiving a valid and complete takedown request, we will:

• Conduct a quick internal review of the report.
• Remove or disable access to the infringing material within a reasonable timeframe.
• Notify the user who posted the content of the action taken.

3. Safe Harbor

As an intermediary platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), CGChartbusters is not liable for user-generated content, provided we act upon lawful removal requests.

4. Repeat Offenders

We maintain a strict policy against users who repeatedly infringe on copyright. Multiple valid takedown requests against the same account will lead to permanent suspension and access restriction.
