3. False Claims

Submitting a false or fraudulent takedown claim may result in legal liability under applicable Indian law and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We reserve the right to take legal action against misuse of this process.

4. Platform Liability

CGChartbusters operates strictly as an intermediary platform. We do not host, stream, or distribute copyrighted media. We act in good faith upon receiving lawful takedown requests, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).
