CG Chartbusters (Proprietorship) operates as an intermediary platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). We are committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and legally compliant content environment.

1. Moderation Approach

We use a combination of methods to moderate content on the platform:

• Automated filters to detect prohibited keywords and patterns
• Manual review by platform administrators
• Community reporting by users

2. Reporting System

Users can report content that they believe is:

• Defamatory or harmful to individuals or businesses
• Abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Misleading, false, or spam
• Copyright-infringing or piracy-related

3. Review Process

• Reported content is reviewed within a reasonable timeframe
• Content found to be in violation of our policies will be removed or restricted
• The user who submitted the content may be notified of the action taken
• Repeat offenders may face permanent account suspension

4. Safe Harbor Protection

CG Chartbusters acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for user-generated content. We will act promptly upon receiving lawful and valid removal requests, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).

2. Transparency

We maintain internal records of moderation actions for legal compliance and platform integrity purposes. These records are confidential and are not shared publicly except as required by law.

6. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit an appeal to cgchartbusters@gmail.com with a clear explanation. We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
